ANNEX F: Vysnova Training Program
Contract Drafting The fundamental concepts of drafting Agreements. Draft Agreements include subcontracts (IDIQ and
task orders), consulting services agreements, and vendor agreements
Contracts Training Module 1 will provide an understanding of the Vysnova contractual request process. The principles and
essentials of developing a complete CRF will be provided in conjunction with application of research
look ups. Module 2 will consist of a survey and integration of all Vysnova contracts and supporting
documents. Topics include the Repository structure, naming convention for easy searching, and
expected quarterly collaboration with program staff for updates
CostPoint The course goes over all the screens a F&A or PA will need to perform their duties within CostPoint.
This includes checking to ensure a vendor have been setup, vendor invoice have been processed and/or
paid, finding wire/ACH/check number, running and review Project status reports and the supporting
reports for the PSR, checking if an invoice has been posted and/or paid as well as addition screens to
the F&A will need from the accounting department.
CostPoint PSR Training The course goes over the Costpoint System reports that a program manager will need to run their
project and report to the COO. This course includes reports to help understand the PSR. It is
recommended that if the PM does not have a F&A or PA that they attend F&A classes.
Cultural Competency Cultural competence training and cultural awareness is of paramount importance for those working in
any international or diverse setting. This training will discuss cultural competency, help employees
become more aware of the cultural viewpoints of others, and provide tips on communicating in a
culturally diverse setting.
Government Contracting for Dummies This course provides a high-level overview into the world of government contracting, including topics
such as: Winning Business, Compliance, Reporting, and Analytics.
How to Stop and Avoid Phishing Emails This course teaches staff to recognize and avoid phishing emails as well as what to do when a phishing
email is received.
Information Security and Cybersecurity This course reviews the basics of information and cybersecurity and gives staff a better understanding
Awareness of their role in virtual security and vulnerability.
Introduction to Communications and This course introduces basic consulting competencies and tools such as storyboarding, managing
Storyboarding clients, mentoring staff, and related soft skills necessary to be an effective consultant.
