ANNEX F: Vysnova Training Program

 Return to Work   As we return to work and begin this “new normal” in our workplace, we understand that many
 employees are concerned about safety as well as the changes to company policies and procedures that
 we have implemented. We want every employee to be assured that we are taking your concerns and
 the well-being of our employees seriously.  The following course will explain what we are doing, what
 you can expect, answer some FAQs, and make you aware of some changes you may notice around the
 office.

 RFP 101 and Business Winning Research   This course goes over the sections of an RFP and teaches participants how to read and interpret RFPs.
 Additionally, it teaches participants what information they should research and how to find that
 information when making gate decisions about whether or not to pursue an opportunity.
 Timesheet   This course goes over navigating the timesheet, querying timesheet records, adding a new line,
 checking leave balances, looking up a charge code, signing the timesheet, approving a timesheet if you
 are a supervisor, and recording your hours worked to the appropriate charge code. In addition to who
 to contact if a charge code is not available on the timesheet, how to access old timesheets and
 company policies on timesheets.
 Travel Expense Report Training   Introduction of the travel forms, how to make arrangements and the regulations per the JTR.  The
 course will go over what is needed prior to planning a trip, prior approval, booking the expenses in
 accordance with JTR, and how to fill out the TAR, TER, Trip Report, and the process for getting the
 reports signed off and submitted.
 Vysnova Apps Super User Training   This course builds off Intro to Vysnova IT Applications to give users a more in-depth knowledge on
 advance us of Vysnova's program management Applications, such as Smartsheet, Adobe Pro, MS Office,
 etc.
 Workplace Harassment   Vysnova has adopted a policy of “zero-tolerance” with respect to unlawful workplace harassment. In
 this connection, the Company expressly prohibits any form of unlawful employee harassment based on
 race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin/ancestry, age, marital
 status, disability unrelated to job performance, military or veteran status, genetic information, or status
 in any group protected by state or local law. This training will help all employees define and recognize
 harassment, as well as discuss complaint procedures, and serve as acknowledgment of understanding
 of Vysnova's policy.
