            Technology Device Purchase Program



            We’re pleased to help team members obtain a technology device through our Team Member Technology Program.
            All full and part-time team members who are eligible for benefits and have completed at least one year of continuous
            service with the company are eligible.


            A technology device is classified as a system that utilizes any type of operating system. The system must include
            a computer processing unit (CPU) and operating system to be considered for approval. Examples of acceptable
            devices include desktops, laptops, notebooks and tablets.


            The following computer system accessories will be considered for approval:


              • Two monitors (not greater than 24” in diagonal size)
              • One keyboard and mouse
              • One printer and printer cables
              • Software
              • Router and network cables
              • Warranty and service agreements


            To obtain a loan, simply complete a Technology Device Loan Request, with a detailed original sales receipt from the
            vendor of the system you purchase. This must be submitted to the Human Resources department for approval. The
            maximum reimbursement is the actual purchase price of your system, or $2,400, whichever is less. The loan must be
            repaid within two years. The loan amount will be divided by the number of pay periods for the length of the loan and
            this amount will be deducted from each paycheck. If you are laid off while repaying your loan, deductions will cease
            until you are rehired. If you are not rehired within sixty (60) days, you will be responsible for paying a monthly payment
            directly to Gray. After the technology device is approved, you will receive reimbursement within two weeks.
