Adoption Assistance

Gray offers an Adoption Assistance Program that covers up to $3,000 of eligible adoption expenses per adoption
per family. Eligible expenses include adoption agency fees, placement fees, legal fees, maternity fees, and temporary
care charges.

All benefits under this program are subject to applicable federal, state and local withholding taxes. All full and part-
time team members who are eligible for benefits and have completed at least one year of continuous service with the
company are eligible.
