Inspections/Observations
An overview of the Inspections and Observations tool to gain an
understanding of the workflow from the point of view of all project
participants. The first half of the session will be an introduction,
expected workflow, Gray’s Best Practices, and administration of the
tool. The second half will be a hands-on usage in small groups, taking
the tool through the entire workflow or process.

Note: All attendees must be signed up one week in advance.
Suggested Prerequisite: Attendees will have completed the appropriate
module for Inspections and Observations, found in the Procore Certifications,
under Gray Construction’s learning path for internal users.

upload process, in the field notations, and links to other tools. The
first half of the session will be an introduction, expected workflow,
Gray’s Best Practices, and administration of the tool. The second half
will be a hands-on usage in small groups, taking the tool through the
entire workflow or process.
