Directory and Subcontractors
An overview of the Directory tool to gain an understanding of the
creation of the Project Directory/Groups, Company vs. Project
Permissions, addition of new users to Procore, and supporting the
Project Services to manage the Company level directory. The first
half of the session will be an introduction, expected workflow, Gray’s
Best Practices, and administration of the tool. The second half will be
a hands-on usage in small groups, taking the tool through the entire
workflow or process.
Note: All attendees must be signed up one week in advance.
Suggested Prerequisite: Attendees will have completed the appropriate
module for Directory, found in the Procore Certifications, under Gray
Construction’s learning path for internal users.
