An overview of the Documents and Photo tools to gain an
understanding of the proper initial setup and continuous management
of both tools. The first half of the session will be an introduction,
expected workflow, Gray’s Best Practices, and administration of the
tool. The second half will be a hands-on usage in small groups, taking
the tool through the entire workflow or process.

Note: All attendees must be signed up one week in advance.
Suggested Prerequisite: Attendees will have completed the appropriate
module for Documents and Photos, found in the Procore Certifications, under
Gray Construction’s learning path for internal users.

This course will explain the Optimization Management Office, discuss
the 60/60 Plan and provide insight into current and upcoming
projects; and cover how to get involved and receive updates.
