Scheduling
An overview of the Scheduling tool to gain an understanding of usage
and reporting functions for all project participants. The first half of
the session will be an introduction, expected workflow, Gray’s Best
Practices, and administration of the tool. The second half will be a
hands-on usage in small groups, taking the tool through the entire
workflow or process.

Note: All attendees must be signed up one week in advance.
Suggested Prerequisite: Attendees will have completed the appropriate
module for Schedule, found in the Procore Certifications, under Gray
Construction’s learning path for internal users.

Correspondence
An overview of the Correspondence tool and the varying types
of tools that are available to the Project Team. The first half of the
session will be an introduction, expected workflow, Gray’s Best
Practices, and administration of the tool. The second half will be a
hands-on usage in small groups, taking the tool through the entire
workflow or process.

to be familiar with all Correspondence available, and completed the
appropriate module for Correspondence, found in the Procore Certifications,
under Gray Construction’s learning path for internal users.
