The Emerging Leader’s Group has had an exciting and eventful summer! We recently Timberwolff
returned from our second annual ELG outing in Benton, TN. We had a mixture of ELG One Medical, Athleta, Sephora –
members from the Lexington, Birmingham and Charlotte Offices, as well as a handful The Grove
of team members from the field in attendance. During the trip, team members bonded
over white water rafting adventures and downtime spent at the cabins.
Back in the office, our professional development series is still going strong, with 7
presentations from both of our regional office Vice Presidents. Brett Goode, Senior Vice
President of our South Atlantic Regional Office in Charlotte, had a great presentation
on Integrity in July, and in August, Patrick McCowan, Vice President of the Southeast
Regional Office in Birmingham, spoke on Attitude/Perspective. We are looking forward In the Crosshairs
to our final presentation of the fiscal year at the end of September with David Hird,
Director of Civil Engineering. Project Jupiter
As you all may remember, ELG partnered with Common Good this year to raise Van Hool
money for their facility renovations. We are happy to announce that we are very close to Project Rooster
our fundraising goal of $4,000 by the end of this fiscal year! Through various events this Montaplast Alabama
spring and summer, ELG was able to raise over $3,500 for Common Good. Stay tuned Nippon Paint NPAC
for upcoming events that will help us reach our final goal. Maruchan Texas Expansion
