I had set up this company with a 50/50 partnership . After

a few years, my partner sold his shares back to me because
he wasn't involved in the IT sector at all and no longer had
any interest in it.
I stopped this activity in 2002, because during these
9 years, even if at the outset I could have made more
appropriate choices, the major changes that occurred in my
main activity left me less and less time to manage and
monitor it effectively.
Because of my choice of a complementary activity, while
I was working at IRE and then in Brussels at CASE line,
I had to hire staff to run the store. No rigorous stock control,
no rigorous cash register control: management was a little
too lax, which is certainly not good when you're not around.
