Walls of Jerusalem 10 th March
With brilliant weather, the whole group set out for our walk to and exploration of
Tiger Lake and Solitary Man’s Hut. We were treated to a lunch of delicious dips,
yummy zucchini soup, plus cauliflower soup at Solitary Man Hut!
Solitary Man’s hut was built by an ex-Vietnam veteran, is at beautiful Tiger Lake,
off the normal track, isolated, incredibly well built by a determined man in
obvious need of beauty, peace, quiet, serenity, space away from people! We
were privileged to be there!
We go through some of the documents and look at the equipment still there.
With a little time to reflect before returning back to camp with one of our own
deciding to take up the lead.
