STRATEGY The Board will monitor and support the

EXECUTION delivery of each of the actions set down in

this strategic plan through a process of
ongoing engagement with action owners,

grouped within the ten objectives as set
down in Table 3 below.

This process is designed to allow early
B o a r d i m p l e m e n t a t i o n & o v e r s i g h t
identification of any challenges in the
execution of the individual actions and
develop iterative mitigation plans in a
timely manner as may be required. Each
member of the Board will report on
progress against these objectives on a
quarterly basis.
