               ACTION 8.4 – A register of key Clients will be established setting who within our
               business will act as individual Client relationship managers and identify those ongoing

               interactions needed to achieve a profitable work pipeline [Shane Kelly working with Ops
               Directors].

               ACTION 8.5 – Development of a suite of social media policies which will guide the business
               to  meet  overall  objectives,  promoting  the  business  through  the  activity  of  individual
               employees and alignment of these policies to those aspects that will attract potential staff

               to our business [Shane Kelly].

               ACTION 9.1 – Develop our business process function to support our commercial objectives
               by: -


               • Supporting the business in achieving greater efficiencies in digital delivery and aligning
               this  to  the  ongoing  challenge  of  reducing  the  relative  cost  of  overheads  in  our  annual
               budget.
               • Identifying key users of data throughout the business and the frequency / requirement
               for such reports that are necessary for the effective and efficient operation of our business.
               • Resourcing and realising the full potential of the Project Accounting function in Union
               Square.

               [Adrian  Downes] considering software and hardware requirements for the business for the
               coming three years, licensing costs and a timeframe for their rollout.
