January 2021, with the architects and M&E engineers actively working on the
project. It is anticipated that construction of the center will commence in March

2021, allowing for the establishment of a dedicated facility for end-of-life care.

硬體建設可以完成，當年的 6 月可以取得使用執照，便可以開始內部 58 床
位的裝修。安寧的服務項目會開始招募和培訓各類的照護、管理、清潔等

工作人員。2025 年初可以正式開始運作，提供的服務內容包括常住安寧病

房病人的身心靈全人照護、日間安寧照護、教育推廣甚至遺體淨身。

The construction of the building, as shown in Figure 2, was underway

in June 2023. It is anticipated that the hardware construction of the building
will be completed by early 2024, and the occupancy license can be obtained by

June of that year. This will allow the commencement of the interior renovation
of the 58-bed facility. Recruitment and training of various personnel, including

caregivers, managers, and cleaning staff, for the palliative care services will
begin. By early 2025, the facility is expected to officially start its operations,

offering comprehensive physical, mental, and spiritual care for residents in the
palliative care ward, as well as providing daytime palliative care, educational

outreach, and even post-mortem body preparation services.
