Beth also announced that in November of 2018, Harley's Wallet
was confirmed as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. This nonprofit
was created through Beth's efforts to fund activities that Harley would
have endorsed. It became her passion, after she discovered Harley's
actual wallet while sorting through some of his possessions. As she
opened his wallet, she discovered $240 in cash inside. As she held the
money in her hands, her first thought was what would Harley want
her to do with his money. As she pondered the possibilities, a dream
formed in her imagination of a way to continue Harley's desire to help
others. From that moment forward, the plan for Harley's Wallet has
progressed and evolved. By fundraising, Beth could add money to
“Harley's Wallet” and continue to spend it for Harley through the
nonprofit as one way to continue his legacy.

The Harley's Wallet organization continues to evolve and
upcoming activities include funding the Harley Fetterman Memorial
Scholarship through NFB of TX, providing gift cards for Dell
