The high point of the 2013 National Braille Challenge was Patrick
Warburton, "Puddy" from Seinfield, as popular celebrity emcee who
presented Harley with his third-place award for junior varsity topped
off by a champion style “high-five”.

When interviewed by the “Community Impact Newspaper” in
2013 about the Annual Braille Challenge, Harley, who had just
completed ninth grade, recommended to all visually impaired
students. “I would encourage others to read in Braille because it helps
you gain more independence in your reading ability. Also, personally,
I like being able to read Braille because I'm able to give voices to
characters in stories rather than have a narrator choose their own
voices.”
