THE EXCEPTIONAL HARLEY FETTERMAN
Loni was Harley's Orientation and Mobility (O&M) Specialist
responsible for teaching him the skills and concepts needed to travel
independently and safely, be it in the home and classroom, or in the
community and city. Within their student/teacher friendship, Harley
and Loni bonded over technology, maps, and problem solving.
