When you ask these good questions, it shows that you are engaged, listening, and
thinking strategically. All leadership qualities!
You know what else is great about it? It’s so much EASIER to ask questions than to have
the answers!
Believe me, I used to be the “answers person” for so long. It wasn’t until I attended a
leadership program where I learned this strategy. It was transformational!
Once I pivoted from having to provide the answers to asking good questions, I got
noticed as having increased confidence!
Guess what? I DID have increased confidence because it takes so much less energy to
think of questions than to be providing all the answers. Plus, I had fun doing it!
Try it! I’m confident you will feel the transformation, and others will notice. You may
even enjoy those dreadful meetings.
