        The par 72, 6,504-yard Plumas Pines features stay and play
        golf packages and was also recently recognized by  Golf
        Digest and Business Week as one of the top 18 hot spots
        to retire. Lodging options at Plumas Pines include 2-, 3-, or
        4-bedroom villas, homes, or townhouses on the golf course,
        custom homes nestled below the towering pines and quiet
        cabins in the woods. The golf course at Plumas Pines Golf
        Resort is edged by the Feather River and the sculpted fair-
        ways are carved through tall pines. The course was voted
        5th in the U.S. for Friendliest Courses by GolfAdvisor.
        Heading off the mountain and into Reno brings into play
        city  excitement  and  more  golf  options.  As  a  whole,  Reno   Wolf Run Golf Club
        continues to evolve as a hub of international business and
        is currently ranked #11 by Forbes as best places for busi-
        ness and careers and #2 for job growth. Companies such as
        Google, the Tesla Gigafactory, Switch, and others occupy
        the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
        There are numerous Reno golf options. Among those that
        standout are  Wolf Run Golf Club and  Lakeridge Golf
        Course, each operated by Duncan Golf, a company that
        also operates Dayton Valley, Eagle Valley, and Toiyabe in
        the area.
        The par 72, 7,100-yard Wolf Run is billed as one of south
        Reno’s most popular courses by GolfAdvisor.com and is   Lakeridge Golf Course
        played amid the Sierra foothills and decorated with native
        flora and a meandering course throughout the hilly course.
        Designed to exist with the surrounding landscape, the
        course exhibits an imaginative use of terrain and native
        flora, resulting in a unique and memorable playing expe-
        rience. Facilities include a 10,000 square foot practice
        putting green, a beautiful new chipping green with patio
        seating, full-service club repair and a newly remodeled
        driving range with a 100-yard short game area to practice
        chips and sand shots.
        The par 72, 6,715-yard Lakeridge, designed by the legend-
        ary Robert Trent Jones, Sr., is a semi-private facility that   Dayton Valley
        offers daily fees, a competitive membership plan, and is a
        quality spot for events, weddings, and other special occa-
        sions. Scenic views of Reno and the surrounding mountains
        are enjoyed throughout the round, and the signature hole is
        the renowned 15th, played from tees located high atop Lake
        Stanley to an enticing island green. Lakeridge has been
        voted “Best of Reno” in various polls throughout the years.
        Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Reno offers two courses
        and features both private and public play. Two golf titans—
        Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and Hale Irwin—helped twirl the
        designs at Red Hawk, which plays within one of the top
