Takelma Roasting Company is now open, located at 2048 NE Airport
Road in Roseburg, becoming the Cow Creek Umpqua Tribe’s new-
est business. The coffee roasting production company, the largest in
Douglas County, will provide roasted coffee beans to Cow Creek busi-
nesses as well as other community companies, organizations, and indi-
viduals. Initially, three different coffee beans will be roasted, chosen so
