PEAK MEDICAL CLINIC

Jennifer Fisher is an MA and CMA at Peak Medical Clinic. The clinic
manages men’s and women’s health and hormones, both physical
health and cosmetic procedures, helping patients to experience opti-
mal health in their later years. This involves personalized treatments,
therapies, testing, supplements and injections. Jennifer’s role involves
fielding calls, prescription refills, scheduling appointments, rooming
patients, preparing procedure trays. She arrives to prepare for the day
an hour before patients are scheduled, a time she calls her “golden
hour.” How does she do it all? “I keep a smile on my face and keep
moving forward.”

Brittany Caster’s is the first face you see when you walk through the
door. She acts as the frontline for the office, communicating between
patients and providers and MAs. She makes every effort to make
patients feel comfortable, to make the encounter personal. She fields
phone calls regarding appointments, insurance, general information,
trying to fill patients’ expectation that she knows everything. If not,
she knows where to direct the call. Brittany calls Peak Medical Clinic a
happy place where people heal quickly.
