               Overview

               It is estimated that 38.5 million adults in the UK have some form of credit
               arrangement. This means that credit forms an important part of our economy.
               However, the risks to individuals, lenders and the economy mean that it is an area
               that needs to be properly regulated with employees requiring regular training to help
               ensure compliance.


               This Consumer Credit Regulations e-learning course sets out to provide your
               learners with a thorough understanding of the strict processes and procedures that
               must be adhered to in order to ensure any credit agreement meets the standards as
               set out by the Financial Conduct Authority.
