What a Christian Believes

His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the
riches of God's grace.'

Salvation. 2 v v8 'For it is by grace you have been
saved....'

Witness. 2 v10 'For we are God's workmanship, created
in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in
advance for us to do.'

Love toward God. 6 v24 'Grace to all who love our Lord
Jesus Christ with an undying love.'

There is a partnership between God and man.

GRACE is God's part, FAITH is man's.

(FAITH will be considered later)

This partnership allows GRACE to grow in us. It grows by
exercising godliness instead of the alternatives. 1Timothy 4
v7 'Have nothing to do with godless myths and old
wives tales, rather train yourselves to be godly.'

THE GRACE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST BE WITH US
ALL.

 REPENTANCE

This whole first section has been about REPENTANCE from
works that lead to death. It has covered how man got to to
the place where he was heading for eternal death, and how
God has remedied it.
GOD'S MOTIVATION is expressed through GRACE, man's
