they will always be there to haunt them until they can

purge them.

Memories can be carried over into the next life

also and can continue to haunt the soul, that part of the

ego that survives physical death. This is that souls

purgatory, the irresponsible “woe is me” state, unable to

take responsibility for putting itself in that position.

Often the pain of that soul can be felt back into the

physical world, particularly by those whose lives have

been affected by this soul. Again we must remember that
this pain is felt in our memory. We can help this

unfortunate soul. Forgiveness never works but
understanding can. This understanding can be gained by

opening to the hypothesis that this person who's souls is

unhappy played such an important part in our life, and

indeed was in our life as a consequences of choices we

have made, along with choices they made, and were there

for a good reason, even if only to highlight the good or

bad significance of our choices. We must bear no malice
