title might appear to mean something else if they are aware of
their own power then they will not become a victim of their

more ‘powerful’ title. An employer cannot be an employer if he
has no job to offer nor candidates to fill the positions he has.
The employees should conjoin their power with their employer

and their employer should respect their power.
Similarly in a relationship partnership. A

relationship is conjoined power to a greater or lesser extent.
The greatest extent is where the couple come together in
marriage, the greatest commitment to each other, and the lesser

would be the courtship. Courtship is the preliminary
commitment to the partnership but should carry with it all the

respect of the future relationship. If it is found that the
commitment cannot be given at this stage then there is no
future partnership and the power does not become conjoined. If

the commitment is there then the next stages of conjoining
power can begin. It requires great honesty on both peoples
parts before this can take place. This honesty has to be between

the individual and themselves and then honesty with the
prospective partner. It is only with this honesty that the power
can be realised and the appropriateness of the conjoining be

seen.
If you accept power from another remember this power

will be their power over you. If you give another you power
