positive manner and be aware of our needs of them at any time.
The most difficult process of grieving is the lack of
tangible contact with those we have lost. We will call on them
to come to us and then feel guilty for holding them back. We
cannot hold them back but we can help them advance. They
can gain from our awareness as we can gain from theirs. The
fact that we seek to see them as the physical being we knew
requires that they keep their soul intact since that is what you
remember and would recognise. There comes a stage after their
passing from the body that the spirit realises that it can ‘hang
up’ its soul. When you call on that spirit it will put its soul back
on so that you can recognise them. If you grow accustomed to
seeing someone dressed in a uniform and then meet them when
they are dressed differently you might not recognise them. So
too with the spirit if it doesn't don its soul you might not
recognise them. Remember that the soul also contains the
imprint of the ego and thus the spirit that is dressed in its soul
will experience all the limitations that it experienced during its
incarnate state. The spirit can help us better when it is no longer
limited by its soul. The more accustomed we come to being
satisfied with the awareness of the spirit presence without the
soul the more help that can be given.
This is the difference between the body, the soul and
the spirit. The body lives out the physical lifespan, the soul
