Introduction to this Appendix.

This appendix is a selection taken from the writings I received
from my Spirit Friends from mid 1980 to 1981, together with
one from 1984. I’m sharing these as I feel they contain
information that will prove useful to those who have read this
book. Who knows, the awareness gained from these writings
might help open your door to the Spirit World as they did mine,
and indeed have kept that door firmly open ever since.

I hope they will open you to being inspired to find and follow
your own path, the path that will eventually take you home, and My first communication
also take you a lifetime to reach your goal. Spirit will be always from the Spirit World,
