The reason for spiritual illness is spiritual ignorance. Hence
the understanding that knowledge of a spiritual nature can effect - and
does effect - the healing process. As the spirit increases its knowledge,
and reaches a better understanding of its totality, the less it feels the
strain of being in the physical body. It becomes more harmonious with
this meagre means of its own transportation through this physical
world. There is therefore the need to understand that to be a spiritual
healer you have also a need to understand this knowledge and be in
harmony.
Spiritual healing deserves far more respect than is generally
shown to it by humankind. It is a facility whereby mankind can feel
direct access to God in that God heals all and gives clear evidence of
this by healing that which the most famous physicians and the most
modern techniques or therapies have failed to cure. Spiritual healing is
defined as a complementary therapy by society who do not, nor will
not, allow the proper recognition of God because they fear their loss
of power as a consequence. Remember this when you begin to assist
in the administering of spiritual healing and ensure you at least
recognise what it is that is happening.
Spiritual healing therefore is simplicity itself. It is healing
"from the Holy Spirit, through a succession of Spirits including ones
own, to the Spirit of the one to be healed". It is God created, God
given, God received. Spiritual healing always takes place. God denies
no one the goodness that they need.
