parented it seek to claim all praise and credibility for it. This
new born feeds the ego of the parents and their ego ensures
they will ‘do the job’ of parenting in order to sustain the flow
of praise for them. This might appear to be a cynical
observation on our part but then remember this is our story
and should it challenge the reader would show we have
succeeded in our task, especially if the reader honestly
understands our intentions. Our intention is to cause you to
question where you are and more importantly what you are.
This new born child is perfection in every way, a wise and yet
developing Spirit in an innocent and yet highly developed
machine called a body. It is a composition of not just many
cells but also many levels of consciousness. Each level of
consciousness independently connected to a different aspect
of reality and each consciousness working simultaneously,
night and day. It is when these consciousnesses bicker that
disharmony occurs within the human being. Spirituality is a
consciousness that can, if consciously requested, override all
other levels and arbitrate in these disputes. When you hear the
expression, ‘let go, let God’, this is a reference to letting our
Spirit, an integral part of God, being included in the
discussion between the other levels of consciousness. We as
humans are controlled by division and Spirit is the unification.
It is this unification that frees us, frees our egos from the
incessant bombardment of argument and debate that is
generated within the social system all are part of. We have
spoken of the child’s spirituality being ignored and how the
child is merely developed egoistically, the social system no
longer knows another way.
