simple, the human ego thinks it is better than God and knows
more than God. The human ego, when it dominates the human
being, has little, if any, true knowledge of God and the
perfection of Creation. It constantly seeks outside of itself for
recognition of its own greatness. It seeks to be bigger and
better than others. It seeks a power that is not its own. The
Creation of humankind was perfect, including the physical
body and the mind, and therefore the ego. The ego is an
essential part of the human form but it certainly isn’t the
primary being, that is the Spirit. The purpose of earth is for
the benefit of the Spirit that is incarnate and not for the benefit
of its body or mind. When the ego takes over the period that
the Spirit is incarnate, the Spirit still benefits from the
experience but not in the manner that will achieve the purpose
as it intended. Spirit will take every eventuality as part of its
edification and though the earth journey might take a different
direction the positive benefits of where that journey goes will
be taken into the evolvement of the Spirit incarnate. No
lifetime is ever wasted by the Spirit no matter how far off the
proposed path it might wander. Please be assured of this,
especially when you seek to judge the behaviour of yourself
or of others. No matter how ‘bad’ life may appear to be to
your ego it is always good for your Spirit. But this must never
be an excuse for your inappropriate behaviour. One should
ensure their ego is always kept in check and that it listens to
the directions of its life force, its Spirit. The twenty one year
old who listens to their Spirit will need to have spiritual
awareness to do so. The twenty one year old who has spiritual
awareness and reared by those who also are spiritually aware
and practice that awareness will approach life in a different
way and with a different set of values and priorities. They will
