of awareness and that this is but another step and not a
beginning. What should be another step now becomes a
milestone. How close those two words are, milestone and
millstone. At around this age the social conditioning of the
child begins in earnest. The child is taught to conform, to
accept all that is given to them, whether it resonates or not
with their intuition. The child still has this inner knowing of
what is right for it and finds it easier to follow this knowing.
society doesn't have the time or the space for this child. It will
be deemed "wilful", branded "stupid" and even ignored. On
the other hand the child that accepts without question and
when asked can regurgitate all the information and indeed
misinformation that has been fed to their fertile minds will get
all the praise and rewards. In modern society education is
really indoctrination, teaching the child what society has
deemed the child needs to know in order to be a good citizen.
It teaches the child conformity and dependency. In a way the
child becomes an automaton, a robot, developed to serve the
dictates of society. They are trained to believe that school
years are the best years of their lives. The child with the
               independent mind is the outcast.

Whatever time the child enters formal education, it is a
surrender of the child's uniqueness to system to be
"reprogrammed". The social system requires the child to be
prepared for a life of servitude to the system. This sounds
unreal but it is as it is in truth. If we are to examine and
compare what are called primitive societies with our present
western style society, it can be readily seen that the primitive.
