Meditation 4.

               Relax your body down using the relaxation technique.

               When relaxed …….


                   o  Visualise standing on the footpath beside a busy road.
                   o  See yourself with your back to the road.
                   o  Hear the noise and clamour of the traffic and the

                       people around you.
                   o  In front of you see a gap in the wall, an entrance to a

                       country pathway.
                   o  Walk onto this path, with its gravel path and flowering
                       shrubbery on either side.

                   o  As you walk along this path you are aware of the green
                       fields on the other side of the hedgerow, you notice
                       how the occasional tree forms an arch with its

                       companion on the opposite side.
                   o  As you walk along the pathway, you are aware of the
                       fragrant scents from the wild flowers, the sounds of the

                       birds, the rustle of the breeze amongst the branches and
                       leaves.

                   o  Your path has now turned green from the grasses
                       growing through the gravel.
