o Your Friend greets you with an embrace.
o With your Friend, begin to cross the field.

o In the distance you can see a large forest. Keep being
aware of your surroundings at all times using all your
senses.

o You can clearly see the path leading you to the forest.
o Follow the path into the forest and amongst the trees.

o Feel the loving welcome from the energy of the trees.
o Follow the path until it brings you to a clearing in the
forest.

o In the middle of this clearing you will see a pond of
water or even a small lake.

o Go with your Friend and sit on a convenient rock by
the side of the water.
o From where you sit you can see your reflection in the

water. Notice how you look.
o Your friend produces a basin and fills it from the pond.
o Your friend soaks a sponge in the water in the basin

and begins to sponge you down from the top of your
head to the tips of your toes.
o Be aware of the colour of the basin, the colour of the

sponge and the colour of the water after each wash.
o When the washing is finished, your Friend puts a robe

around you. Be aware of the colour.
