o Your Friend takes the basin of water and disposes of it
in the wooded area.
o While your Friend is away take another look at your
reflection in the pond. You will see another reflection
either above or behind you.
o When your Friend returns sit with them for a while.
You May talk or ask your Friend questions at this time.
(Give approx. 10 minutes to be with this friend)
o Become aware of yourself and your friend sitting
there.
o Your Friend will give you a gift.
o You stand up and begin your return journey, following
the path through the forest.
o You emerge from the forest into the sunlit green field.
o Continue of your path across the field.
o You arrive back at the tree and meet others from your
group.
o When all are together, You take your leave from your
individual Friends from the Light and begin your
journey back across the field, through the gate and into
the lane.
