When and How to Begin
Your development team will decide when the time is right to begin forming the model-office team. When the system has evolved to the point where it is beginning to look and behave like their vision of a completed system, it is time to begin the process of assembling the model-office people.
The model-office team needs a place where they can effectively work together and have the requisite equipment and software to operate the new solution.
Also, each person on the team must be totally dedicated to the model-office team until his or her assignment is completed. They cannot have another job, even part-time.
