properly. The second is to decide if it is right for your business. There is not much danger of the solution being very far off the mark in either regard. After all, your management team designed the features, and it has been evolved and tested repeatedly during the entire development process.
However, the model-office team will be the first ones to try to simulate business processes using the software in a real, live production environment. Once they see the software and get some experience using it, they will have some great ideas regarding improved functionality and enhancements that will contribute greatly to the final product. They will uncover issues that were not considered during development up to this point.
This is your opportunity to get valuable employee feedback. Let them have a strong voice in giving feedback to the development team. These are the people who will end up using the finished product. They are also experts in their respective departments. Pay very close attention to what they have to say and their ideas for improvements.
All testing done by the model-office team will be low volume. They will select sample data to process
