Misconception #1: The Keto Diet Is Hard
One of the most common misconceptions about the keto diet is that involves going into some sort of
dietary twilight zone. It's as if you're going into some sort of no-man’s land that people haven’t

Believe it or not, people are already keto at some level or other. They eat a lot of fat with some
