PSYCHO-SOCIAL ATTRIBUTES AND PERSONALITY TRAITS
Candidates for promotion shall be evaluated on the basis of criteria traits and
characteristics which may be observed in a face-to-face interview.
Following are the traits, the maximum number of points of each trait, as well as guide
descriptive statements with suggested point ratings to help the rater:
