NGV Fueling Instructions
6. Open fueling module door (if applicable), and remove dust

cover from vehicle fueling receptacle. Verify that the O-ring
    is present.

7. Visually check that the O-ring is in place and is not damaged
    to prevent fueling failures.

8. Remove fueling nozzle from dispenser holder or fill post.

9. Inspect fueling hose and nozzle for possible damage prior to
fueling vehicle. Any hose or nozzle found to be damaged
must not be used and must be reported to authorized
    maintenance personnel.

10. Turn the handle of the nozzle so that the arrows point
toward each other. In this position, the jaws of the nozzle
are fully open and ready to be placed over the receptacle.

11. With the arrows pointing toward each other, place the
nozzle over the receptacle on the vehicle and rotate the
handle until the arrows are pointing in the same direction.
Pull back gently on nozzle to ensure proper engagement
    between nozzle and receptacle.

12. To authorize the dispenser to fuel your vehicle, swipe your
card through the slot on the card reader in the dispenser,
    and follow the display instructions.

13. When fueling from a two-hose dispenser, lift the handle on
the dispenser for the hose you are using, to begin fueling.
Stand away from area between nozzle/receptacle and
    dispenser during fueling.

14. While fueling the vehicle you may hear gas flow slow down,
stop and then restart. This is normal. As gas flow slows you
may also hear a whining sound from the nozzle. This is also
normal, indication that the vehicle is almost full.
