- “Level of Importance” ให้คะแนนระดับความส าคัญของ KPI โดยให้ระดับคะแนนตั้งแต่ 1 – 5

คะแนนต ่าสุดให้ 1 คะแนน KPI ที่มีความส าคัญสูงสุดให้ 5 จากนั้นน าผลคูณของ Level of Importance และ
ค่าคะแนนในแต่ละมิติ มารวมกันตามมติทั้งหมด
