10. Rating the level of remote communication/interaction among
                      colleagues/subordinates during WfH? (Q18)

                   Asked to rate the level of remote communication among colleagues during WfH on a
                   scale  of  1  (lowest)  -  5  (highest),  the  overall  ratings  on  remote  communication  in
                   different PSEs was within a scale of 3-5.  Specifically, what received highest rating
                   from respondents was “employees providing necessary and required support to each
                   other whenever needed, remotely”. What got the least rating from maximum number
                   of  respondents  was  “tools and  resources  provided  by  companies  to  employees  to
                   undertake jobs remotely and stay connected”.

                   It may be added that level of tools and resources (more in the nature of digital IT
                   services) was not the same in all companies. Some were better prepared than others;
                   some could provide better services than others. This got reflected in the varied rating
                   received  on  the  level  of  remote  communication  from  respondents,  representing
                   different PSEs.
