NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH UPDATE

Congratulations are in order: Neighborhood Watch has maintained its status as an officially recognized
Shared Interest Group effective March 1, 2025 thanks to a new team.

JULIE GOOD, a six-year Coryton Lane resident and safety advocate, is now the Neighborhood Watch Direc-
                                        tor.

SCOTT HASKINS, a 14-year resident and
new block captain for Xavier Lane, and BAR-
BARA ALLEN, an 11-year resident and block captain for Coryton Lane,
join the Steering Committee for Neighborhood Watch. This team will lead
            and ensure our neighborhood’s safety.

 Land End Loop (even numbers): Mary Lou Shelton

Our website can help you find contact information for someone in our community in many different ways, even by their pet’s name if they have
          entered it.

Select “Let’s Go” in the Find Your Neighbor
button or select Community in the top menu
bar and then select Directory. Both methods
will bring you to a screen pictured here.

There are many options in the drop down
menu in the Select boxes. Most of the time
you will only need to enter selections in the
first row. More complex searches can be cre-
ated using And/Or and completing another
row of boxes. The most commonly used op-
tions are first name, last name and street ad-
dress, but there are others. If you meet some-
one walking their dog, you may remember their pet’s name. If they have entered their pet’s name in the pet directory, you can select on that. If
you want to know if you know anyone in a specific special interest group, you can select Special Interest Groups.

Another useful search is to find the names of everyone on your street. This could help you create a list for a block party or even just to help you
know your neighbors’ names. Click the “printer friendly” button at the top of the screen to create a list of the information.
