Lunch Around Town is an opportunity to enjoy dining at different
restaurants with your neighbors. The restaurants we visit allow us to
order off of their regular lunch menu and graciously provide separate
checks to all parties in the group.

An appointment list will be sent out in
advance by email to sign up for a specific
time. You will be asked to create an account with Vitalant.

Vitalant serves 111 hospitals in California, with 47 being in the Greater
Sacramento/Roseville area. Our local patients in Northern California
need 500 pints of blood each day to meet their needs with a quarter going
to cancer patients and their ongoing treatment. Local patients are grateful Easter Egg Hunt
to you!
AARP Driver Safety Class
Wednesday, April 2nd from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
This is a 1 day class. Refresh your driving skills and
explore the latest traffic laws. Understand the importance of proper
maintenance of your vehicle. This class may make you eligible for a
discount on insurance (check with your agent).
Bring: Driver’s License, and a snack as you will be working through the
lunch hour.
Payment: pay the instructor the day of the class, check only made
payable to AARP $20.00 AARP Member / $25.00 Non-Member

Bill Knotts brings memories of Don Knotts

While attending the American Academy of Dramatic
Arts in the 1970s, Bill had the opportunity to live with with no extra cost. Road Scholar will also help you find a same sex
his uncle Don and his wife in Beverly Hills. In this

Barney Fife, as well as his movie career with Universal, his memorable
partnering with Tim Conway for multiple Disney movies, his return to
television on Three’s Company and Matlock, and his many stage

Griffith, Ron Howard, and Tim Conway at various times in the evening.

Yard Sign Paint Workshop
Tuesday, April 15th at 3:00 p.m.
Create your own beautiful, long-lasting outdoor yard
signs. No experience is needed, designed for all skill
levels. Everything will be supplied including, paints,
brushes, aprons, gloves, and stakes for ground
placement.

The instructor will guide you through
each step, ensuring everyone creates
a sign you will be proud to display.
They use marine-grade wood and
exterior paint to ensure that each yard

withstand outdoor conditions and stay vibrant for years to come.

who have hearing loss get more from every
conversation with telephone call captioning.
A representative will be here to explain
about how the phones work, qualifying, and
enrolling for CaptionCall phones. Phones use your existing number, big,
east to read captions, hearing aid connectivity, captioned voice messages,
saved call captions, and customized settings.
