Bunco
The Club's Bunco Group meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30
PM in The Retreat. Registration begins at 6:15 pm. Join us for a night of hosting a neighborhood evening walk to tour the Christmas and Holiday
raffles, prizes and fun with friends! Drop ins always welcome!
Club members and guests are welcome!
Cost: $5.00 per night, $15.00 for a 3 month punch card. All money
collected goes for gift cards. There are gift cards for "Most Bunco's",
"Most Wins" and "Most Losses".

CRI (Conservatives, Republicans, and Independents)
CRI is ending 2023 with our Italian Christmas Social on December 7th.
We will be celebrating Christmas and the First Night of Chanukah.
This past year we had many wonderful speakers: Carrie Wilcox-
Executive Director of Sierra Pregnancy Center, Ryan Ronco- Placer
County Registrar of Voters, Matt Click- Executive Director of Placer
County Transportation Planning Agency, Kevin Snyder from Pacific
Justice Institute, Craig DeLuz- Candidate for US Congress 5th District,
Nina Phelps from the Roseville Police Department of Public Safety
Programs, Shanti Landon- Placer County District 2 Supervisor, Morgan
Gire- Placer County District Attorney, Kevin Kiley- US Congressmen,
and last but not least, Christopher Nesbit and Karen Bolte from the
Citizens Academy US.
We are looking forward to 2024. Since it is an election year, we plan
to have many of the candidates who are running for office in our area
speak to us. Look for our flyers each month.

Club Crafters
Whatever your craft or hobby is, we would like to invite you to join
us. We meet every Tuesday at 10 AM in the library. Dig out those
unfinished projects and come have a cup of coffee with us, and I
guarantee lots of good conversation and laughs. We would like to invite
new residents to stop by anytime and come see what we are doing and
perhaps entice you to join our group.
We also accept yarn and needlework items you no longer want. If you

Club Trekkers
This Holiday Season, for the second time, the Club Trekkers will be
lights on Monday, 12/18/2023. We’ll leave at 6:00 PM from the Retreat
and return 1 to 1/2 hours later to enjoy cookies and mould wine. During
our walk we’ll take notes, and probably pictures. When we return to the
Retreat we’ll determine, in our opinion, who has the best lights, and
they’ll be awarded a small gift. More details will provided in an email in
the middle of December.
The Trekker hikes will be on the first and third Tuesdays of each month
and the Saturdays immediately following those Tuesdays. On the other
Saturdays of the month we normally conduct neighborhood walks. Two
days before each hike or walk we send out an email with details
regarding the next hike or walk to members of the Club Trekkers.
Specific hikes may change if the weather changes, and trail safety is
impacted, but the dates will stay the same.

The Club Trekkers are planning a 4 day/3 night outing to Yosemite
National Park from Monday, 9/23/2024 through Thursday 9/26/2024. If
you are interested please contact Mark Moore at marklmm@aol.com. It
is important for people to make reservations soon as Yosemite
reservations can book up soon.
Club Quilters ~ Quilters inspiring Quilters
We meet the 2nd and 4th Fridays at 10:00 a.m. in The Library. If you

Club Veterans
Elections were held to elect the Club Veteran’s Board Officers for 2024.
The vote was unanimous. The new officers are as follows; Greg
Cerlenko, President and CO. Rob Born, VP/ Exec. Officer, Stand
Kasperik, Financial Officer, Board Secretary and Commo Officer was
left open for the time being.
Roy Vanoni has retired off the board after
five successful years of service to the
group to become the Immediate Past
President.
Congratulations to all the officers for their
continued service to the Club Veterans.
On this Veteran’s Day, November 11,
2024 our SIG was honored by William
Jessup University. They held a reception
for all vets and then Grand Opening of the
new Veteran’s Resource Center at
University where we have donated funds
for two years to create this one of a kind in Northern CA Veteran’s
Resource Center for all veterans attending the University. After the
reception we were given a tour of the center and met with some of the
