Helping Hands Lunch that was raffled off at the annual Fashion
Show fundraiser.
Pat McClure won the prize and invited her friends Julia True,
Barbara Allen and Bonnie Brown to join her. Lunch was host-
ed at the home of Carol Pearlman and Tim Robertson.

Their menu was:
Amuse Bouche (Lemon pouched chilled Shrimp with Avocado Salsa)
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Rosemary Crutons
Tower Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Beets and Crumbled
Goat Cheese with Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
Harvest Season Risotto topped with Chicken Confit
Raspberry Crème Brulee

Gourmet Lunch for Four
Enjoy a gourmet lunch prepared by a true Rock & Roll Chef. Chef
Tim has cooked for 300 people to 3000 people. Some of his high-
lights were spending the day cooking with the Chef at Pebble
Beach Lodge and an afternoon cooking with Roy Yamaguchi own-
er operator of renowned restaurant “Roy’s”. Chef Tim was also
called upon to cook for Rock & Roll stars Jackson Browne, Log-
gins & Messina, Bruce Hornsby, Bonnie Raitt and Crosby, Stills &
Nash among others at Benefit Relief concerts throughout the San
Francisco Bay Area.
