Inflation played an unexpected role in the budget process. Our total oper-

ating expenses were up 7% from last year’s budget and are currently running even higher versus 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

we were able to budget our assessments at a 5.2% increase, from $195 per household per month to Saturday & Sunday

FirstService Residential
Our Reserve Fund continues to improve and we now have $523,876 in our reserve accounts, which Customer Care Center
equals 56% of our fully funded reserves. That is up from 43% in January of this year. We plan to (800) 428-5588

was allocated to the Reserve Fund. For 2023 will go back to the more standard allocation with
