5.10 MMI Cadet Peer Evaluation Report


























































               Instructions:
                      a.  You are to rank your squad members from best to last/worst (9 of 9, 10 of 10 etc.).  Only use each
                          number once.
                      b.  Next, you will select from each block of three descriptions below one code that best represents the
                          characteristics of your peers.
                      c.  Choose one code from each group.  For example, A, B, or C for the first block that you will
                          review.  Please enter the code in the blocks to the right of each cadets' peer ranking.  Do this for
                          every cadet in your squad.
