Category I penalties for infractions will generally take the following form:
1. First Offense – Written counseling and possibly penalty hours.
2. Second Offense – Written counseling, possible reduction in rank, and
the issuance of a delinquency order. In nearly all cases, penalty
hours will be assigned.
3. Third Offense – Written counseling, possible reduction in rank, the
issuance of a delinquency order, and possible dismissal or expulsion.
