Our protagonists were confused about where

Richard went. They were standing there for a minute, but

then they saw Richard come back, but instead of the two

colonists, Richard was walking back towards them with

two women. “They are going to sew patches to repair the

sails, but you are going to have to climb up to the crow’s

nest and sew them onto the sails.” He said to Hugh.

Hugh asked, “Will that really be necessary?”

“I am afraid it will,” Richard replied.

Now, the only knowledge Hugh had of what a “crows

nest” is was that it was high in the air.

“Would you mind directing me to the “crows

nest?”
