Question: What will happen to the Playground when the sixth tennis court is
installed?
Answer: A new Playground will be constructed in the parking front of the Aquatic Center.
Two Pickleball courts will also be constructed. The new design means that the Playground
and Pickleball courts are in their own space, and no one must walk through one to get to
the other.

Question: New kitchen equipment is included in each Capital Budget; will these
items be replaced when the kitchen is extended?
Answer: No. Any new equipment that is purchased for the kitchen will be reused where
possible when the kitchen is renovated.

Questions: What additional staff will we need in the dining room and kitchen if
we have multiple dining venues?

Answer: This will depend how often each of the dining venues are open which is up to

the Membership. If the Membership decides it wants to have more evenings where the
club is open for dining this will have an impact on our operational budget.

Question: How long will I be without the dining room and the Fitness Center?
Answer: While the overall project will take up to 14 months, every effort is being made to
have the dining room closed for the first 7-10 months of the project, while the Fitness
Center will be closed for the last 4 months of the project. During this 4 month period, we
will make available some equipment for Member use.

Question: How long will the kitchen be closed, and will there be anywhere we
can eat at the Club during the renovations?
Answer: The renovation can be staged in such a way that the kitchen is closed for only 4
months and will be available for TO-GO services until the dining room is open. We are
investigating all options for food service, including a mobile food kitchen, food trucks,
reciprocals, and covered areas for dining events. Our Professionals believe we will be
allowed to re-open the kitchen while the rest of the Clubhouse is being renovated.

Question: Are there any other benefits that a new Cart Barn would give me?

Answer: The new Cart Barn will provide a covered staging area.
